Tequila, Grand Marnier, lychee purée, and lemon juice in a glass rimmed with jamaica salt and garnished with a skewer with lychee and a dehydrated lemon slice.

Chef Ramos shared with us the recipe for this cocktail so you can also surprise your mom at home:
Technique: Muddle / Build
Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Tanqueray London Dry Gin
1 oz. Chambord Liqueur
6 pcs. Blackberries
1 oz. Lemon juice
1 oz. Natural syrup
1 skewer Berries
2 leaves Pineapple crown
Instructions
1. Place the blackberries in a Collins glass and muddle them.
2. Add ice up to 3/4 of the glass.
3. Add lemon juice, natural syrup, Chambord liqueur, and gin.
4. Mix the ingredients with a bar spoon.
5. Garnish with two pineapple leaves and a berries skewer (blackberry, raspberry, and blueberry).
